During our recruitment and onboarding processes, we may request the following information:
- Identification Data: Full name, date of birth.
- Contact Data: Email address, phone number.
- Academic & Professional Data: Student situation (Degree/Master’s), CV (Curriculum Vitae), and LinkedIn profile URL.
- Qualitative Data: Answers regarding your motivations, skills, and areas of interest in cybersecurity.
4. Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed solely for the following purposes:
- Recruitment: To evaluate your application, assess your skills, and determine your fit within the team.
- Communication: To contact you regarding the status of your application or team activities.
- Internal Management: To maintain an organized record of active members and alumni.

- For Candidates: Data from non-selected candidates will be deleted after the recruitment cycle is closed, unless you grant us permission to keep it for future opportunities.
- For Members: Data will be retained for the duration of your membership in the Chaos Team. Upon leaving the team, your personal contact details will be removed from our active databases, retaining only basic historical records (e.g., “Alumni” status) with your consent.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to outside parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
- Tools: We use secure third-party platforms (such as Google Forms/Drive) to store and organize received applications. These providers act as data processors and adhere to their own security standards.
- Confidentiality: Access to your data is strictly limited to the Chaos Team coordination board and the specific members responsible for recruitment.
